What is Boxfusion ?
Boxfusion is a fitness class which incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact.
An exciting fitness class developed and created from boxing training, designed for everyone. The training and conditioning program is an hour-long aerobic and anaerobic workout designed to strengthen heart/lung capacity, improve coordination and tone the whole body.

Who is it for ?
It is certainly not just for men. It is actually popular with men, women and children.
Men are usually put off aerobics classes because they are worried about their lack of co-ordination. That is not a problem as Boxfusion is restricted to boxing movements.
Women love it too. The only thing you actually punch is thin air and focus-pads. It is a great way of toning your body and letting off steam and stress at the same time.
